草榴社区Crew Team Hosts Fundraiser and Collection for Those in Need
The 草榴社区Varsity Crew Team held their pancake breakfast last Saturday morning at Applebee's in Newburgh serving hundreds of guests while simultaneously holding a collection of high-demand necessities scholars within NECSD who are in temporary housing. Scholar athletes and their families collected everything from new chapsticks and deodorants to clothing items in an effort to contribute to their community and peers in need. The collection was coordinated with Mr. Bill Morgan, Homeless Liaison for NECSD.
The 草榴社区Crew Team is coached by Brittany Bonesteel, Katie-Lee Mineo, and Stephanie Spellman.
